Type or dictate what you worked on, a day or a few days at a time. Tizz Calendar turns it into time blocks you can check and adjust, matches each one to the right Zoho project and task, and sends them to Zoho Projects. No time-log forms to fill entry by entry, and no billable hour forgotten.
For Zoho Projects users · Premium plan, included in the 30-day free trial · No credit card
Setup
Nothing to connect but Zoho Projects. Your calendar apps stay as they are.
Approve access to your portal. Tizz loads your projects and tasks.
Drag to add blocks, let the AI write them from a sentence, or copy a period from Outlook or Google once.
Your rules place every block in a project and task. Blocks that need a look stand out.
Send from Your week, or let autopilot do it every day. Sending again only sends what changed.
Fill with AI
Type or dictate what you worked on. The AI writes blocks your rules will log in the right project and task. You check them, change them, then add them.
Copy once
Copy a period of meetings into Tizz Calendar, then adjust it freely. Outlook and Google are never changed, and meetings already sent to Zoho are left out, so nothing is logged twice.
Características
Drag to add, move or resize blocks. On a phone, one day at a time.
Each block shows the Zoho project and task it goes to, and whether it is already in Zoho.
The same rules and rule profiles as the Outlook and Google apps, with the calendar name as a condition if you need it.
Check the hours per project and day, then send. Only the changes go to Zoho; undo per line or per day.
At the time you choose, Tizz sends the day and emails you the report.
No calendar permissions needed: only Zoho Projects. Ideal when your meetings are not in a calendar at all.
Individual Plans
Tizz Calendar comes with the Premium plan. The 30-day free trial includes it, with no credit card.
